Stamped Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

 
210g soft butter

150g granulated sugar

3 egg yolks

10 ml high-quality vanilla extract

3g salt

325g all-purpose flour


Step by Step: Making the Cookie Dough
Mix butter and sugar until light and consistent.
Add egg yolks and vanilla extract; mix.
Add flour and salt; mix to form a smooth dough.
Chill dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Roll out the dough to 6 mm thickness.
Use powdered sugar or flour on your Cookie Stamp.
Stamp the dough and cut out cookies using a matching Cookie Cutter.
Chill cookies for at least 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges turn golden.
Cool on a rack for 10 minutes.
Tip: Decorate with Fondant, sugar paste or marzipan after cooling.
